- Offer PPG or Autocolor Lifetime Paint Performance Guarantee for as long as the customer owns the vehicle
- Employ at least one PPG or Autocolor certified technician
- Minimum three year written warranty on overall repair workmanship
- Complete third-party verification of customer satisfaction levels and meet minimum CSI requirements of at least "Very Satisfied"
- Key
personnel must attend the Customer Satisfaction
training course, based exclusively on proprietary research findings
- Adhere to a documented, ongoing method to measure and report customer satisfaction on a quarterly basis
- Ability to provide electronic estimates
- Equipped with a spray booth in-house
- Capability to provide (sublet or in-house)
- Four-wheel alignments

- Signed statement of compliance regarding licenses, permits, environmental regulations and right to know laws pertaining to employees and patrons
- Provide facility liability insurance carrier, limits, and expiration date
- Provide workers comp insurance carrier and expiration date
- Provide minimum of four digital photographs showing:
- Overall view of the front of the facility
- Office/reception area
- Repair area
- Refinishing area
